How much does it cost?
Unlike a-lot of event equipment suppliers we’re transparent about our pricing! See our booking form below for pricing of each number.
Please note, delivery is FREE within 20 miles of HP2 7FU.
a 40p per mile delivery charge applies after this radius for delivery & collection.
What are the numbers made of?
Our light up numbers are made using MDF wood. The light casings are plastic fitted with a low watt LED bulb with a cool white glow.
How big are they?
Our light up numbers are 120cm tall (4ft) and approximately 2ft wide. You will need adequate space to display the numbers.
Will power be required?
Yes. We will require access to one source of power where we will plug in our extension lead to connect up the light. They are powered using a standard UK mains plug.
Do you deliver & collect?
Yes, We deliver to your venue, set up and collect. We offer FREE delivery within 20 miles of Hemel Hempstead.
Ideally, we collect the numbers the next day, but same day collection can be arranged if your venue requires these to be taken away that night.
Can they be used outside?
We do allow our numbers to be used in an outside setting, permitting conditions are me. They are kept under cover in a marquee or gazebo with sides and they are placed on even ground to avoid water damage.
If the weather is wet, we will ask the numbers to be bought inside away from water to alleviate damage that you will be liable for.
Are you insured, the venue has asked!
Yes, We’re covered by a 10million PLI (public liability insurance) all of our equipment is PAT compliant. Certificates can be provided to venues upon request.
How can I pay?
Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a booking email with a link. The link allows you to pay using Debit/credit card or Paypal.
We can also accept a direct bank transfer to our business account.
How much is the deposit to book?
We request a minimum 25% deposit of the hire cost to reserve your booking. The final payment will be required no more than 14 days before your event.
