June was an unforgettable month for us, as we had the pleasure of helping a beautiful couple bring their dream wedding to life at the stunning Offley Place in Hertfordshire. With a combination of elegance, fun, and cutting-edge technology, we provided a variety of event items that truly made their special day shine. Imagine dancing the night away on a floor that lights up beneath your feet, syncing to the rhythm of your favourite songs. Our 16ft x 24ft LED dancefloor did just that, transforming the venue into a vibrant, pulsating party space. The LED dancefloor is not just about aesthetics; it enhances the overall ambiance, encourages guests to hit the dance floor, and ensures that everyone has an unforgettable time.
We provided a 4.8m x 2.4m stage carpeted in pristine white for the top table, ensuring that the bride and groom, along with their closest family and friends, were the focal point of the reception. Staging adds a touch of sophistication and elevates the key figures, making speeches and toasts more visible and memorable for all attendees.
Our 6m draping backdrop added a layer of elegance and charm to the venue. Draping backdrops are perfect for creating a stunning visual effect, ideal for photographs, and they can be customised to match any color scheme or theme. They transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary settings, providing a beautiful background for the top table, cake cutting, and more.
We used uplighting to enhance the overall mood of the venue. By strategically placing lights around the room, we created a warm, inviting atmosphere that complemented the couple’s colour scheme. Uplighting is a simple yet effective way to add depth and drama to any space, making it feel more intimate and visually appealing.u
Our white slimline selfie pod, paired with a white flower wall, was a huge hit among the guests. This setup not only provided endless entertainment but also gave guests a chance to capture and share memories instantly. Selfie pods are a fantastic addition to any wedding, offering a modern twist on traditional photo booths and ensuring guests leave with a tangible memory of the day.
For the couple’s first dance, we created a “dancing on the clouds” effect using real dry ice. This ethereal experience made their first dance feel like a scene from a fairytale, with clouds swirling around them. This dramatic effect is a perfect way to make a couple’s first dance unforgettable and can be tailored to fit various dance styles and songs.
Our candy cart, brimming with the couple’s favourite sweets, added a nostalgic and playful touch to the wedding.
