Event Planning & Production Design

Every great event starts with a clear plan.

At Nextwave Events, we believe the best celebrations and corporate events are created when the experience is designed first. Before we install lighting, set up a dancefloor or build the production around your venue, we take the time to understand the atmosphere you want to create and how the evening should flow.

For many events, a short consultation is all that’s needed. We’ll talk through your venue, guest numbers, music preferences and the overall style of the celebration, then recommend the right setup to bring everything together.

For larger events, unique venues or celebrations with multiple production elements, we also offer a more detailed event planning and production consultation. This session allows us to properly map out the layout, lighting design and entertainment flow so everything works seamlessly on the day.

During this planning session we can help with:

• Venue layout and dancefloor positioning
• Lighting design and colour schemes
• Entertainment planning and music flow
• Speech and presentation setup
• Creating key moments throughout the evening
• Coordinating production elements with the venue

This approach ensures that every element of the event works together to create a polished, professional and memorable experience for you and your guests.

The planning session is available from £95, and if you decide to proceed with one of our event packages, the cost is fully deducted from your booking.
