    Pick what you’d like, your date and your venue. Your price shows straight away, including VAT and delivery, setup and collection. It takes about 2 minutes.

  2. Secure your date

    Happy with it? A 25% deposit locks in your date. You can pay it online there and then.

  3. Everything in My Booking

    Your booking, payments and messages in one place, on your phone, any time. Tell us about your venue there too: stairs, lifts, parking and access times.

  4. Balance 28 days before

    Your balance is due 28 days before your event. We’ll remind you before then, so there are no surprises.

  5. On the day

    We text you when we’re on our way. Our crew delivers, sets up and tests everything before your guests arrive.

  6. After your event

    We come back at the agreed time to pack down and collect. You don’t need to pack anything away.

  • Booking karaoke kit, snow machine, bubble machine, handheld confetti shooters, PA system & mics, mirror balls and DIY disco kits? You can collect from our Luton unit instead, with no delivery charge.
  • Many suppliers charge per mile, each way, with setup on top. Ours is one fixed price with setup included.

Never Let Down Guarantee

If illness, a breakdown, a kit failure or a double booking on our side stops us, an approved partner from our network covers your event at no extra cost. If we can’t find cover, you get a full refund, including your deposit.

How much is delivery?

Delivery, setup and collection is one fixed price by distance from our Luton base: up to 15 miles £95, 15 to 30 miles £145, 30 to 40 miles £195, 40 to 50 miles £245. Further than 50 miles, we’ll quote you. London venues add the £12.50 ULEZ charge.

Is setup included?

Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up and tests everything, then comes back to pack down and collect after your event. It’s all in the one delivery price.

Can I collect it myself?

Yes, for karaoke kit, snow machine, bubble machine, handheld confetti shooters, PA system & mics, mirror balls and DIY disco kits. Choose “I’ll collect from Luton” on your quote and there’s no delivery charge. We’ll arrange a time with you to collect and return.

How do I secure my date?

A 25% deposit secures your date, and you can pay it online when you get your price. The balance is due 28 days before your event, and we’ll remind you before then.

Is there a minimum order?

For delivery, the minimum is £250 of items (before delivery). There’s no minimum if you collect. For smaller events, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I book last minute?

Yes, if we’re free. Short-notice bookings help us rearrange our week, so there’s a small fee: £45 within 3 days, or £95 within 24 hours of your event. It’s shown in your price.

What do you need to know about my venue?

Anything that affects getting in: stairs or a lift, how far it is from where we park, parking, and what time we can get in. You can add these in My Booking once you’ve booked.

Can I set up early in the morning or collect late at night?

Yes. Setups or collections between 1am and 8am have an out-of-hours fee of £79.

What if something goes wrong on your side?

You’re covered by our Never Let Down Guarantee. If illness, a breakdown, a kit failure or a double booking stops us, an approved partner covers your event at no extra cost. If we can’t find cover, you get a full refund, including your deposit.
