Damage Deposits
We require a 50% damage deposit on all hired equipment. This deposit is made at the time of booking & calculated automatically by the items in your hire package. Your damage deposit will be refunded on collection or drop back once items have been inspected by our team. This is typically within 24 hours.
Delivery & Set Up
We have two options on checkout.
1) click and collect. You collect & return to us from our collection point in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
2) We can deliver & set up your equipment at your desired time and date. This is a chargeable service. Our fees are 0.75p per mile. This is calculated after your order booking online and invoiced separately to ensure delivey details can be confirmed and accurate.

Security Checks
We require that all hire is made by persons over the age of 18. I.D will be required by the hirer for security reasons. Photo I.D will consist of a passport, a Driving license, or official government photo card. You will also need to prove proof of address. This can be provided by a statement or bill with your current address dated within the last 3 months.
