Your wedding, party or event happens once. You can’t move it if your supplier falls ill or their van breaks down the night before. What does the guarantee cover?
Anything on our side that would stop us delivering your event: illness, a van breakdown, equipment failure, an accident or a double booking. If any of these happen, we arrange cover for you.
Who would turn up instead?
An approved partner from our network. Every partner is checked by us, holds public liability insurance and has signed up to our standards for setup, presentation and timekeeping. We brief them with your booking, timings and venue details so nothing gets lost.
Will I get the same equipment?
You’ll get the same items or equivalent ones, like for like. If anything would look different, we’ll tell you before your event.
Does it cost anything extra?
No. The guarantee is included with every booking, and cover is arranged at no extra cost to you.
What if no one can cover my event?
You get a full refund of everything you’ve paid us, including your deposit.
What isn’t covered?
Cancellations by you or your venue (our normal booking terms apply), and severe weather or other events outside anyone’s control.
