Prices include VAT. London venues inside the ULEZ add £12.50. Minimum order for delivery is £250 of items.
Why we charge for delivery
Your hire price covers the equipment and setting it up. The delivery charge covers everything it takes to get it to your venue and back again, done properly by our own crew rather than a courier.
Two trips, not one
We bring everything to your venue and install it, then come back after your event to pack it down and take it away. That means driving to your venue and back twice.
Time on the road
A venue 25 miles away is around 100 miles of driving and three or more hours behind the wheel, before any setting up starts.
A properly run van
Fuel, servicing, tyres and insurance for a van carrying dancefloors, staging and lighting safely to every venue.
Loading and care
Every item is checked, loaded, strapped and protected before it leaves us, and checked again when it comes back.
Many hire companies charge for delivery per van, each way, with setup on top. Ours is one clear charge for there and back, with installation already included in your hire.

Delivery questions
What does the delivery charge cover?
Getting everything to your venue and taking it away again after your event, by our own crew. Installation and testing are already included in your hire price. It is one charge per booking, not per item.
How do you work out my zone?
By road distance from our base in Luton to your venue. Your instant quote works it out automatically, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is there an extra charge for London venues?
London venues inside the ULEZ have a £12.50 ULEZ charge added to the zone price.
What if I need a very late collection or an early set-up?
Set-ups or collections between 1am and 8am have an out-of-hours charge of £79. Anything before 1am is included.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, £250 of items (delivery not included). For anything smaller, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
Do your delivery prices include VAT?
Yes. Like every price on our website, delivery prices include VAT.
