Most of our screen hire is midweek: conferences, meetings, open days and launches from Tuesday to Thursday. Pair a screen with a PA system and microphones and you have everything you need to present.

Will it work with my laptop?
Yes. We connect your laptop and test it before your event starts. Tell us what you’ll be presenting from and we’ll bring the right cable.
Should I have a TV or a projector?
TVs are brighter and work well in daylight and on exhibition stands. A projector and screen gives a bigger picture for larger rooms. Tell us your room and audience size and we’ll recommend one.
Can you do weekday and short-notice bookings?
Yes. Most of our screen and AV hire is for weekday events, and midweek dates are often available at short notice.
Do you need to stay for the event?
Not usually. We set up, test everything with you and come back to collect it. If you’d like someone on hand, just ask.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Luton and cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London. Delivery is charged by distance and shown in your instant quote.
How do I book?
Get your instant price below and check your date. A 25% deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due 28 days before your event. All prices include VAT.
