Most of our screen hire is midweek: conferences, meetings, open days and launches from Tuesday to Thursday. Pair a screen with a PA system and microphones and you have everything you need to present.

How much does TV screen hire cost?
A TV screen on a stand is £350, and a projector and screen is £280. Prices include VAT, and delivery for your venue is added in your instant quote.
Do you hire out TV screens in Kent?
We're based in Luton and cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London, so Kent isn't one of the areas we list. If you're not sure whether your venue is covered, call us on 08005930003.
Will the screen work with my laptop?
Yes. We connect your laptop and test it before your event starts. Tell us what you'll be presenting from and we'll bring the right cable.
Do you deliver and set up the screen?
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up and collects it. We don't usually need to stay for the event, but if you'd like someone on hand, just ask.

Yes. Most of our screen and AV hire is for weekday events, and midweek dates are often available at short notice.
Do you need to stay for the event?
Not usually. We set up, test everything with you and come back to collect it. If you’d like someone on hand, just ask.
