Business event questions
Can you send a quote I can forward for approval?
Yes. Your instant quote comes with its own page you can share with whoever signs it off. It shows every item, delivery and the total including VAT.
Do you provide a VAT invoice?
Yes. All our prices include VAT, and you get a VAT invoice for your booking.
How far ahead should we book our Christmas party?
As soon as you have a date. Friday and Saturday nights in December are the first to go. A 25% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due 28 days before.
Can you work with our venue’s access times?
Yes. Send us your venue contact and their access times, and we’ll arrange setup and collection with them directly.
What happens if something goes wrong on your side?
If anything on our side stops us, an approved partner covers your event at no extra cost. If no one can, you get every penny back.
Can the cost be spread?
Bookings over £1,000 can be spread into monthly payments, all paid before your event. A small plan fee applies.
