How do trade prices work?
Once your trade account is approved, your discount is applied to hire items on every booking: 20% off, or 40% off dry hire. A 25% deposit secures the date and the balance is due 28 days before.
Can my clients book with you directly?
Yes. Send them your own client link. Their enquiry is credited to you, and their booking counts towards your reward level.
What is dry hire?
You collect the equipment from us in Luton, run it yourself at the event and bring it back. It’s the lowest price for teams with their own crew.
What happens if something goes wrong on your side?
