Tell us about your event and see your price straight away, on your own quote page you can share and change.
Book it
A 25% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due 28 days before. Over £1,000? Spread it monthly.
Before the day
We confirm access and timings with your venue, so you don’t have to pass messages back and forth.
On the day
We deliver, set up and check everything before your guests arrive.
After the party
We collect everything. Nothing to pack, return or chase.

What does fully managed mean?
We look after the equipment side of your event from start to finish: your price and plan, arranging access with your venue, delivery, setup and collection. You have one point of contact throughout.
Do you stay for the whole event?
For most bookings we set up before your guests arrive and come back to collect. If you’d like us there all event long, that’s our Signature service.
What happens if something goes wrong on your side?
