Mobile stage hire in Hertfordshire, delivered and set up
If you are looking for a mobile stage in Hertfordshire, this is how ours works. We bring the white carpeted modular stage to your venue, build it, position it and safety check it, then collect it once your event is over. You do not need to arrange transport or assembly yourself.
We are based in Luton and cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London. The stage is made to the dimensions you choose, from a compact platform for a speaker or DJ to a larger configuration for a live band. Steps can be supplied where you need them.

Can I hire this stage for an outdoor event?
This white carpeted stage is designed for indoor use or suitable covered structures. If you're planning an outdoor event, give us a call on 08005930003 and tell us what you have in mind.
What size stage do I need?
It depends on what will be happening on it. A speaker or DJ needs much less space than a live band or an awards presentation. Tell us your plans and we'll recommend a suitable size.
Can you provide a stage for a live band?
Yes, we can create larger configurations for bands and live performers. We'll usually ask about the number of performers, drum kit, backline and other equipment before recommending a size.
How do I book, and do I pay a deposit?
A 25% deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due 28 days before the event. Prices include VAT.
What sizes can you do?
Our stage is built from 2m x 1m panels, so we can make lots of sizes and shapes. Tell us what it’s for and how many people will be on it, and we’ll suggest a size.
Can I add steps, draping or lighting?
Yes. Ask about draping for the front and back of the stage, plus uplighting and audio to complete the setup.
Is staging just for corporate events?
Not at all. We supply stages for weddings, birthdays, school proms, charity events and festivals too.
