DIY Disco Kits: FAQs
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. The kits are made to be simple: plug in, connect your phone or laptop to the Bluetooth mixer, and press play.
Can I use Spotify or Apple Music?
Yes. Any music app on your phone plays through the Bluetooth mixer. Tip: download your playlist before the party in case the venue’s signal is weak.
What power do I need?
Standard UK plug sockets near where the speakers and lights will go. Let us know your venue and we’ll help you plan where everything sits.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is worked out from your venue’s distance to our base in Luton and shown in your price. You can also collect your kit from us. Orders under £250 of equipment: give us a call to arrange delivery.
Should I book a DIY kit or a DJ?
A DIY kit is great when you want to play your own music and keep costs down. If you’d rather someone read the room and keep the dancefloor full all night, book one of our DJs.
How do I book?
Pick your kit and check your date. A 25% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 28 days before your event. All prices include VAT.
