Match the screen to the room
A TV on a stand suits meeting rooms and up to around 30 people. A projector or LED screen is better for bigger rooms, so the back row can read your slides.
Always use microphones
Even in a small room, a microphone stops people at the back missing questions and keeps recordings clear.
