Choose a tea set, or single items, and check your date. A 25% deposit secures it.

Collect from Luton

Pick everything up from Unit 7-10 Wandon End, Luton LU2 8NX, packed in boxes. We agree a collection and return time with you when you book.

Bring it back

Scrape off any food, stack it back in the boxes and return it. We do all the washing up.

Afternoon Tea & Vintage Crockery Hire: FAQs

What’s included in a tea set?

Vintage tea trios (a cup, saucer and side plate for each guest), teapots, 3-tier cake stands, milk jugs, sugar bowls and jam bowls. The sets for 20 or more also include a tea urn. The washing up is included too.

Do you supply the food?

No. We supply the crockery, cake stands and urns. You or your caterer bring the sandwiches, scones and cakes.

Where do I collect from?

From our unit at Unit 7-10 Wandon End, Luton LU2 8NX. We agree a collection and return time with you when you book. Everything is packed in boxes and fits in a normal car.

Can you deliver?

Yes, on orders of £250 or more. Delivery, setup and collection is one fixed price by distance from our Luton base: up to 15 miles £95, 15 to 30 miles £145, 30 to 40 miles £195, 40 to 50 miles £245. Further than 50 miles, we’ll quote you. London venues add the £12.50 ULEZ charge. Smaller orders are click and collect only.

Do I need to wash it before I return it?

No. Scrape off any food, stack it back in the boxes and bring it back. We do all the washing up.

What if something gets broken?

Accidents happen. A broken or missing cup, saucer, plate or bowl is £5, and a teapot, cake stand or urn is £20.

Is it all matching?

No, and that’s the charm. Our china is genuine vintage in pretty mixed floral patterns, so every table looks a little different.

How do I book?

Pick your set and check your date. A 25% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 28 days before your event. All prices include VAT.
