Short answerYes. Your DJ can introduce the first dance, cake cutting and speeches, and keep the evening running to time.
More about DJs
Yes, announcements are part of what our DJs do. They can introduce the first dance, call everyone together for the cake cutting, and introduce the speeches, so you don't need a friend or relative to take on the job. They can also keep the evening running to time, which helps when you have a few moments in the day that need people in the right place at the right time.
Our DJs are experienced wedding and party DJs, so they're used to reading the room and judging when to make an announcement and when to let the music carry on. Pro sound is included, so everyone should be able to hear clearly.
It helps to tell us your running order in advance, along with any names or details you'd like read out. You can also use our free online playlist builder to set your must-plays and do-not-plays, and we'll take care of the rest on the night. Prices start from £495 including VAT.
