Short answerTwo either side of the dancefloor is the classic setup; four around the floor gives the biggest wow. We’ll help you choose.
More about cold sparks
Two machines, one either side of the dancefloor, is the classic setup. It gives a clean, balanced look for a first dance or grand entrance, and it works well for most rooms. If you want the biggest wow, four machines placed around the floor surround you with sparks and look fantastic in photos and videos.
You can also place them either side of the top table or behind the cake if cake cutting is the moment you want to highlight. The right number depends on what you're lighting up and how you'd like it to look, so it's worth thinking about where your key moment will happen.
If you'd like a fuller finish, you can add dry ice for a "dancing on the clouds" effect, and cold sparks pair nicely with LED dancefloors too. Prices start from £450 including VAT. We deliver, set up and collect, and we're happy to help you choose the right number for your plans.
