Short answerA clear area at least as big as the screen, plus access for us to bring it in and build it. Tell us your venue and we’ll check it fits.
More about LED screens
Our screens range from 3m × 2m up to 6m × 3.5m, so the first thing to work out is which size suits your room. The clear area needs to be at least as big as the screen you choose, so a 6m × 3.5m screen needs a noticeably larger space than a 3m × 2m one. It also helps to think about where people will be sitting or standing. These screens are bright enough to see clearly from the back of the room, so you have plenty of flexibility on how deep the room is.
Access matters as much as floor space. We deliver, set up and collect, and your operator builds the screen on site, runs it during your event and takes it down afterwards. That means we need a way to bring the equipment in and room to build it, so it's worth thinking about doors, corridors and any steps between the entrance and where the screen will go.
If you're also planning staging, sound or lighting, bear in mind that they will need space too. The simplest approach is to tell us your venue and which size you're leaning towards, and we'll check it all fits before you commit. Prices start from £2,295 including VAT, and a 25% deposit secures your date.
