Which size LED screen do I need?

More about LED screens

Screen size comes down to two things: how big the room is and how far back your furthest guests will be sitting. A screen that looks great from the front row can be hard to read from the back, so it's worth thinking about the person in the last seat rather than the first. We offer four sizes, from 3m × 2m up to 6m × 3.5m, and all of them are bright enough to see clearly from the back of the room.

What you'll be showing matters too. A photo slideshow, walk-on videos or sponsor logos work well on a mid-sized screen. If it's slides packed with detail, a conference presentation or live sport for a big crowd, going larger usually makes things easier to follow.

Every screen comes with an operator who sets it up, runs it on the day and takes it down afterwards. Prices start from £2,295 including VAT, and delivery is priced by distance in the instant quote. If you're not sure, tell us your venue and how many guests you expect, and we'll point you to the right size. We can also add staging, sound and lighting if you'd like a full production.
