Do you deliver to Cambridge?
Yes. Cambridge is about 37 miles from our base in Luton, so delivery is around £55.50. We deliver, set up and collect everything, and the exact delivery price for your venue is shown in your instant quote.
Which venues in Cambridge do you cover?
All of them. We deliver to hotels, halls, clubs, marquees and homes all over Cambridge and Cambridgeshire, including popular local venues like Madingley Hall, The Guildhall and Cambridge Quy Mill Hotel & Spa. Just add your venue to your quote and we’ll check access and setup times with them.
How far ahead should I book?
Popular Saturdays from May to September often go 9 to 12 months ahead. Check your date in the quote form below. A 25% deposit secures it, and the balance is due 28 days before your event.
Do you cover Trumpington and nearby?
Yes. As well as Cambridge, we cover Trumpington, Cherry Hinton, Chesterton and Histon and everywhere in between.
Is there a minimum order?
For delivery, the minimum is £250 of items (delivery not included). For anything smaller, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do. All our prices include VAT.
